Please note the following:

• All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• Discount codes cannot be applied once an order has been placed and amendments with codes cannot be made thereafter.
• All returns must be in the original, factory sealed packaging in the same condition it was received. Any products that have been tampered with, opened, and / or altered will not be eligible for refund / return. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
• We cannot guarantee items will be replaced due to the nature/scarcity of the items.
• Price adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed.
• To be eligible for return, all inquiries must be submitted via email to info@mypops.ca. Each request will be viewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are eligible for a return, you will be provided with additional information and instructions. Sending in an item without authorization is prohibited and will be refused.
• For in-store pickups, please be advised that your order will be on hold and available to pick up in-store for only 6 MONTHS. Once 6 months have elapsed, your order will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
• To prevent delays on your order(s), please make sure to place in stock orders and pre-orders separately. All orders that require shipping will be shipped once ALL ITEMS are available. By having pre-orders in your order, your shipping will be delayed.
• Mistakes do happen. If we have made an error in sending you the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will process a return / exchange for you. Images will be required. Anything beyond 7 days will not be eligible for returns / exchange.
• If you have received a defective item, please email our team within 7 days. Images will be required and will be up to team members' discretion for replacement. As with all collectibles, there will be QA and / or minor flaws from the factory. If you are particular with paint marks and / or box condition, please do email or leave in the notes before ordering; however, please note: paint flaws and minor box conditions will not be considered as defective.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

If your order(s) arrive damaged, please email our support team within 7 days to begin an investigation with our shipping courier. We will provide you with the necessary forms to submit and open a claim with the courier. Images will be required. Please note that minor packaging flaws that do not affect the interior contents are not considered as defective or damaged, and will not be eligible for damaged parcel insurance claim. A small scuff, dent, and / or bend can occur during manufacturing and shipping process.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:

Packages returned due to purchaser error, such as (but not limited to) incorrect address, undelivered parcel, or refusal of delivery will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Purchaser may contact us to arrange alternative arrangements / shipping with additional fees. 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Due to the nature of collectibles and recent abuse, all in-store purchases are final sale (no refunds or exchanges).

1. Where's my stuff?

Orders are shipped shortly after they are placed. Please check the tracking number attached for details. 

2. What if I have pre-orders and in-stock items in the one order? 

In order to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock item(s), we strongly recommend that you place them on separate orders from pre-ordered items.

If you place one order containing both in-stock AND pre-ordered items together, we will not ship any part of your order until all of your items are available. Please keep in mind each set may have different release dates.
