Online and In-Store Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24 HOURS. 
CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS IS SUBJECTED TO A 20% FEE CHARGE.

*MyPops.ca reserves all rights to make the final decision on any refunds at any time

 

  • All cancellations are subject to 20% cancellation fee.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied once order is placed and amendments with codes cannot be made thereafter.
  • All returns must be in the original, factory sealed packaging in the same condition it was received. Any products that has been tampered, opened or altered will not be eligible for refund/return. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
  • We cannot guarantee items will be replaced due to the nature/scarcity of the items.
  • Price adjustments cannot be made once the order is placed
  • To be eligible for return, all inquiries must be submitted via email to Info@mypops.ca . Each requested will be view on a case by case basis. If you are eligible for a return, you will be provided with additional information and instructions. Sending in an item without authorization will be refused.
  • To prevent delays of your orders, please make sure to place in stock orders and pre-orders separately. All orders that required shipping will be shipped once ALL items are available. Having pre-orders in your order WILL delayed your shipping.
  • Mistakes do happen. If we have made an error in sending you the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will process a return/exchange for you. Images will be required. Anything beyond 7 days will not be eligible for returns/exchange.
  • If you have received a defective item, please email our team within 7 days. Images will be required and will be up to team members discretion for replacement. As with all collectibles, there will be QA or minor flaws from the factory. If you are very particular with your paint marks or box condition, please do email or leave in the notes before ordering. Please note: paint flaws and minor box conditions will not be considered as defect.
SHIPPING DAMAGES:
  • If your purchases arrive damaged, please email our support team within 7 days to started an investigation with our shipping courier. We will provide you with the necessary forms to submit and open a claim with the courier. Images will be required. Please note that minor packaging flaws that do not affect the interior contents are not considered as defect or damage and will not be eligible for damage parcel insurance claim. A small scuff, dent or bend can occur during manufacturing and shipping process.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
  • Packages returned to us due to purchaser error, such as but not limited to incorrect address, undelivered parcel, or refusal of delivery will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Purchaser may contact us to arrange alternative arrangements/shipping with additional fees. 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Due to the nature of collectibles and recent abuse, all in store purchases are final sale (no refunds or exchanges)
