1. Where's my stuff?
Orders are shipped shortly after they are placed. Please check the tracking number attached for details.

2. What if I have pre-orders and in-stock items in the one order? 

In order to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock item(s), we strongly recommend that you place them on separate orders from pre-ordered items.

If you place one order containing both in-stock AND pre-ordered items together, we will not ship any part of your order until all of your items are available. Please keep in mind each set may have different release dates.

3. Returns / Exchange

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the collectibles and items and constant abuse within our return policy, we do not allow exchanges or returns. But don’t worry, please do send us an email and we will try to help. In the case it is deemed valid, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note, all requests must be done within 7 days of receipt of the product(s).

4. Feedback and references

Please check out our Facebook feedback and Ebay feedback :) We are collectors as well, so we understand what a collector needs and want! But there are cases where there's special preferences, if there are, please let us know in email, comment or instruction during check out and we will try our best to accommodate. 5. Mystery box / bags

 All mystery boxes / bags are final sale, there are no exchange or refunds. We get a lot of questions asking if they can get specific items from the mystery box / pack and the answer is no. We pack these prior to it being offered so we longer know what specific items are inside.
