• Naruto / Boruto
• Marvel / DC

Due to popularity and our current stock inventory, we kindly decline all offers featuring these genres.

Once we receive your request, we will work our hardest to provide an evaluation and estimate as soon as we can!

Depending on the trade-in, our team offers store credit or cash for you!

Each trade-in is different, but we’ll be sure there’s no confusion along the way.

All our trade-ins start through the customer (you) sending us a request! We ask that you provide a list of your desired trade-in items, as well as pictures to help our team out!

Once we receive your form, it takes us about 2 – 3 weeks to process on our end! We gather an evaluation for you and send a price estimate for your collection. After an agreement is made, a scheduled date is made to drop off / mail your items!

Upon receiving your collection, we inspect all items for any damage, imperfect condition, and/or missing parts. If everything matches up, we will issue your payment as soon as possible!

We currently are accepting the following:

• Sealed / Unbuilt Gunpla kits (Bandai, Gundam, etc.)
• Pokemon single cards (Japanese & English)
• One Piece single cards (English only)
• Gundam CG single cards (English only)
• Funko Pops! (all sizes)

As of right now, we are NOT taking:

• Sealed TCG product
• Magic The Gathering single cards
• Riftbound single cards
• Non-Funko figures / figurines (ie. Banpresto, Maximatic, etc.)
• Out-of-box / Opened Funko Pops!
• Bootleg model kits

In order for your items to be accepted as a trade-in, please consider the following:

• All Funko product must be unopened and in box.
• All model kits should be unassembled, in box, have bags sealed, no missing parts, and in sellable condition.
• All TCG must be real and in at least lightly played condition. Please note that any moderately played or damaged cards WILL NOT be considered!

In the case that the items we receive do not match the initial description of your form, we have the right to deduct an amount from the total offer or refuse the item(s) for trade-in entirely.

Please understand that we evaluate collections based on our current stock, as well as popularity. We offer an evaluation that makes sense for us on a retailer perspective. With that said, we DO NOT offer full market value!

Common products especially tend to be offered at smaller percentages than the prices shown on apps, websites, etc. due to frequent inaccuracies in the market.

Our team reviews items individually based on current demands and sales trends – meaning, we do not work off a fixed list and/or preset breakdown when making offers.

We do our best to send an offer that is fair for both parties. If you have any other pieces that are not included on the list provided, always feel free to follow up and send the information to us! We are always happy to take another look for you.
