Funko Pop! Trade-In Terms & Conditions
Looking to trade in your Funko Pop! collection? You’ve come to the right place!
We at MyPops.ca would love to see your collection!
Before you fill out our trade-in form, there are a few things you should know:
1. The Evaluation Breakdown
When we put together our trade-in offers, we base our values on our current stock, as well as a product’s popularity. Since we are a Funko Pop focused company, we typically already carry most of the Pops that are sent to us!
That said, we DO NOT offer full market value!!
We offer an evaluation amount that makes sense for us on the retailer perspective.
Common Funko Pops especially tend to be offered at a smaller percentage than the prices shown on apps, websites, etc. due to the frequent inaccuracies we see.
The team who handles our pricing and evaluations reviews items individually based on current demand and sales trends – meaning, we do not work off a fixed list or preset breakdown when making offers.
We do our best to send an offer that is fair for both parties. If you have any other pieces that are not included on the list provided, always feel free to follow up and send them over! We are always happy to take another look for you.
2. Required Information
Before you send us an email, let’s make sure you have everything formatted to optimize your trade-in request for best turnaround time!
We ask for the following from ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS:
> Five (5) CLEAR photos of the Funko Pops! you are looking to trade-in;
> A general idea of the genre / categories that pertain to the Funko Pop! lot you are trading in;
> A brief description of the condition of the Pops! you have sent (this includes box condition, damage we should know about, stickers, etc.);
Once our team receives all the necessary information from you, we go on to review all assets and get back to you as quickly as we can!
Please note: each collection is reviewed individually based on real-time demand and market movement, so it does take us some time to get back to you!
3. Process Time
Even though we do our best to answer all trade-ins as soon as possible, please understand that we are still a small working team!
We do our absolute hardest to respond to every request we receive; however, wait times are to be expected as we receive an infliux of emails daily.
That said, please allot at least 2-3 weeks after the email is sent to hear a response back! We appreciate your co-operation throughout these busy times.
